Bounce Courier

This policy explains how Mahmudul Hasan (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you play Bounce Courier on iOS. Bounce Courier does not require a game account to play.

Release-specific services: Progress sync uses Apple iCloud when enabled. Advertising and Game Center are used only in releases where those features are enabled. The referral, remote-settings, and downloadable-route services are currently inactive. We will update this policy before enabling any service that sends player information to our own server.

Information stored on your device

The game stores gameplay progress and settings on your iPhone. This can include route completion, scores, stars, best times, checkpoints, badges, collected game coins, selected game mode, and preferences. These records are used to run the game and save your progress.

A limited playtest log may record events such as starting or completing a level, the route and mode, stage reached, and elapsed play time. It is stored on your device and is not uploaded automatically. You can clear it or choose to export and share a CSV report from the game’s settings; anything you share is sent to the recipient you select.

iCloud progress

When iCloud progress is enabled, the game syncs supported progress data using Apple’s iCloud key-value storage. Sync is enabled by default and can be turned off in the game’s Settings. We do not receive your Apple Account password or have direct access to your private iCloud storage. Apple’s handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policy.

Turning sync off stops future syncing but does not by itself erase an existing iCloud copy. Use Reset progress to clear game progress locally and request the reset in iCloud. If you are offline or signed out of iCloud, the cloud reset may wait until the device can sync.

Courier Gems and purchases

The Courier Gem wallet and saved paid-continuation data are stored locally in the iOS Keychain and are not synced through iCloud. Gem balances may not be recoverable after losing or resetting a device.

Apple processes App Store purchases. We do not receive your full payment card number. The game receives Apple-signed transaction information needed to verify purchases, unlock products, credit purchased gems, and handle refunds. A minimal transaction reference is kept in the local gem ledger to prevent duplicate gem delivery and account for refunded purchases. Apple’s processing is governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policy.

Advertising

When ads are enabled in a release, Bounce Courier uses Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). The game may show interstitial ads at breaks and optional rewarded ads that are clearly offered in exchange for an in-game benefit.

Google’s Mobile Ads SDK may process information such as IP address (which can be used to infer approximate location), device or advertising identifiers where available, app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and performance data. The current integration requests non-personalized ads, but this does not mean that no information is processed. UMP presents consent or privacy choices where required; an available ad-privacy option can also appear in the game’s settings.

Game Center

If Game Center is enabled and you choose to connect, the game sends eligible leaderboard scores and achievements to Apple Game Center. Your Game Center name, scores, and achievements may be shown to friends or other players according to your Apple/Game Center privacy settings. We do not receive your Apple Account password. Game Center information is handled by Apple under its terms and privacy policy.

Services not currently connected

The current project configuration has no referral server, remote-configuration endpoint, or downloadable-route endpoint configured. The app therefore does not currently send referral-profile or route-download data to a Bounce Courier server. If we enable these features, we will update this policy to describe the data involved, the service providers, retention, and available deletion controls before they become active.

How to reset or delete game data

• Reset progress: clears route progress, scores, stars, times, checkpoints, coins, and badges stored by the game locally and requests the same progress reset in this game’s iCloud save. It keeps Courier Gems and Apple purchases. Previously submitted Game Center scores or achievements are not removed by this action.
• Delete game account & data: clears the game’s local progress and playtest data, forfeits local Courier Gems, resets game preferences, and disables iCloud syncing. Apple purchases and your Apple Account are not deleted. If a referral profile is enabled and you joined it, the game will request deletion of that profile; a minimal anti-fraud record may be retained if disclosed for that service. Existing Game Center records require a separate request to us at Support.

Apple may retain iCloud, Game Center, or purchase records under its own account controls and retention practices. Uninstalling the game does not necessarily remove information stored by Apple or retained in the iOS Keychain.

Retention and security

Information stored only on your device remains there until you clear it using the game or device controls. Apple controls retention of information in iCloud, Game Center, and the App Store. If you contact us, we keep the information in your message only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain necessary records, and meet legal obligations.

We use the protections provided by iOS and Apple’s services. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children’s privacy

Bounce Courier does not ask players to provide a name, email address, date of birth, or other profile information to play. Advertising and consent settings are configured based on the game’s intended audience and applicable requirements. If you are a parent or guardian with a privacy concern, contact us below.

Your privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that we control. Contact us using the address below. Information held by Apple or Google must generally be managed through their account and privacy tools.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game or its services change. We will post the new version here and update the effective date.
